HANDLING

  1. Setup 2 on baking tray using a parchment paper.

  2. Thaw covered overnight in cooler, 16 hr max.

  3. Proof 1½ times frozen size

  4. Allow to dry & score with 4 diagonal cuts.

  5. Bake at 380° for 30-35 min. with 15 sec. of steam.

  6. Allow to cool before packaging.
