HANDLING

  1. Setup 4 x 3 on baking tray with parchment paper.

  2. Thaw covered overnight in cooler, 16 hr max.

  3. Proof twice frozen size

  4. Let dry, dust with fl our and score with 2 cuts

  5. Bake at 380° for 14-16 mins with 5-8 sec. of steam.

  6. Allow to cool before packaging.
