HANDLING

1. Pan 4 x 4 on screen using pan release or paper.
2. Thaw/proof covered on floor for 90-120min. depending on conditions. DO NOT USE PROOF BOX!
3. Flour as desired.
4. Score with 1 lengthwise cut.
5. Bake at 380° for 15-18 min. with 10 sec. steam.
6. Allow product to cool prior to packaging.
