HANDLING

  1. Setup 4 x 1 on screen using pan release or paper.

  2. Thaw covered overnight in cooler, 16 hr max.

  3. Seed or top as desired.

  4. Proof twice frozen size.

  5. If desired, allow to dry & score with 1 lengthwise cut.

  6. Bake at 380° for 22-25 min. with 15 sec. of steam.

  7. Allow to cool before packaging.
