  2. Thaw covered overnight in retarder, 16 hr max.
  3. Stretch to 2 in. less than length of pan
  4. Seed or top as desired.
  5. Proof twice frozen size.
  6. If desired, allow to dry & score with 7 diagonal cuts.
  7. Bake at 380° for 20-24 min. with 15 sec. of steam.
  8. Allow to cool before packaging
