HANDLING

1. Setup 3 (in a triangle pattern) on a baking tray with a parchment paper.
2. Thaw covered overnight in cooler, 16 hr max.
3. Proof 1½ times frozen size (approx. 30 mins).
4. Sprinkle top of bread with Crystal Sugar (No diagonal cuts).
5. Bake at 350° for 28-32 mins. (No steam).
6. Allow to cool before packaging.
