HANDLING

1. Setup 4 x 1 on pan using pan release or paper.
2. Thaw covered overnight in cooler, 16 hr max.
3. Seed or top as desired.
4. Proof twice frozen size.
5. If desired, allow to dry & score with 3 diagonal cuts.
6. Bake at 330° for 16 min.
7. Allow to cool before packaging.
