HANDLING

  1. Setup 9 x 6 on pan using pan release or paper.
  2. Thaw covered overnight in cooler, 16hr max.
  3. Proof 1 ½ frozen size. DO NOT OVERPROOF.
  4. Bake at 360° for 15-18 min.
  5. Apply Glaze-n-Shine or honey glaze immediately after oven.
  6. Allow product to cool and ice with criss-cross pattern.
