HANDLING

1. Setup 2 x 2 on pan using pan release or paper.
2. Thaw covered overnight in cooler, 16hr max.
3. Proof 30-40min in proof box.
4. Allow to dry on floor for 10 min.
5. Egg wash or substitute.
6. Bake at 370° for 18-20 min.
7. Allow product to cool.
8. Ice or dust with powdered sugar.
9. If desired, garnish with cherries.
