  1. Setup 3 x 2 on pan using pan release or paper.
  2. Thaw covered overnight in cooler, 16hr max.
  3. Slightly stretch dough piece.
  4. Brush with 0.5 oz melted butter.
  5. Top with 5oz of shredded cheese.
  6. Chop each loaf to incorporate cheese & butter throughout.
  7. Form chopped dough into rectangular loaf shape.
  8. Place in a thoroughly sprayed strap pan.
  9. Proof until loaf top is 1 in. below pan edge, ~ 20min.
  10. Bake at 335° for 30-35 min. Inspect loaf bottom to ensure bake is complete.
  11. Remove from oven and brush with butter.
  12. Remove from strap pan and place on screen to cool.
