HANDLING

  1. Pan 2 x 2 on screen using pan release or paper.
  2. Thaw/proof covered on floor for 90-120min. depending on conditions. DO NOT USE PROOF BOX!
  3. Flour as desired.
  4. Score with as illustrated.
  5. Bake at 390° for 20-25 min. with 15 sec. steam.
  6. Allow product to cool prior to packaging.
