HANDLING
- Pan 2 x 2 on screen using pan release or paper.
- Thaw/proof covered on floor for 90-120min. depending on conditions. DO NOT USE PROOF BOX!
- Flour as desired.
- Score with as illustrated.
- Bake at 390° for 20-25 min. with 15 sec. steam.
- Allow product to cool prior to packaging.
