HANDLING
- Setup 2 x 2 on pan using pan release or paper.
- Thaw covered overnight in cooler, 12 hr max.
- Stretch dough slightly (2-3 inches)
- Proof 1½ frozen size.
- Allow skin to dry on floor ~15min.
- Apply egg wash.
- Seed or top as desired.
- Bake at 340° for 30-32 min.
- Allow to cool before packaging.
