HANDLING

  1. Setup 2 x 2 on pan using pan release or paper.
  2. Thaw covered overnight in cooler, 12 hr max.
  3. Stretch dough slightly (2-3 inches)
  4. Proof 1½ frozen size.
  5. Allow skin to dry on floor ~15min.
  6. Apply egg wash.
  7. Seed or top as desired.
  8. Bake at 340° for 30-32 min.
  9. Allow to cool before packaging.
