  1. Setup 2 x 2 on pan using pan release or paper.
  2. Thaw covered overnight in cooler, 16 hr max.
  3. Remove from cooler and allow product to reach room temp.
  4. Egg wash breads.
  5. Proof twice frozen size.
  6. Egg wash breads again.
  7. Seed or top as desired.
  8. Bake at 340° for 30-32 min.
  9. Allow to cool before packaging.
