- Setup 2 x 2 on pan using pan release or paper.
- Thaw covered overnight in cooler, 16 hr max.
- Remove from cooler and allow product to reach room temp.
- Egg wash breads.
- Proof twice frozen size.
- Egg wash breads again.
- Seed or top as desired.
- Bake at 340° for 30-32 min.
- Allow to cool before packaging.
