When applying the sauce, use only a tablespoon per 3 oz. of dough. Also make sure the sauce is thick. Too much liquid will make the crust soggy on top, and burn on the bottom. A little sauce goes a long way.
Preheat the oven to the highest it will go so it is piping hot when it comes time to bake your pizzas. The oven needs to be it’s hottest so the dough crisps up nicely.
