One of eight state-of-the-art 1,300 lb mixers, this machine produces 6,500 lbs of dough an hour while its automated glycol system maintains perfect dough temperature throughout the mixing cycle. Its touch screen interface allows mixing technicians to monitor dough quality during the dough development process. This new mixer also features an enhanced sanitation design and an inverter drive reducing internal stresses while improving energy efficiency.
