Our current 70,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility is located in Middletown, New Jersey.
Since the year 1908, when our founder, Jacob Guttenplan, opened his first bakery, the company has been building a reputation for excellence in products and service. The products, created with great care from the finest of ingredients, have been satisfying customers for a long time. The service that accompanies these products is always of the highest order.
Today the company's management and employees are often called "the Guttenplan's family." Though the company has grown from a small retail bakery to a large wholesale producer of a vast array of frozen dough, it continues as a business that is family owned and operated.
